We recommend a full rigging inspection every season. Standing rigging typically needs replacement every 8–10 years, but annual checks help catch wear, corrosion, or fatigue early before a failure at sea.

Can you step and unstep a mast at your yard?

Yes, our Hanko yard has the equipment to step and unstep masts for sailboats of all sizes. We coordinate the process from crane booking to rig tuning once the mast is back in place.

Do you service all types of furling systems?

We service most major furling systems including Furlex, Harken, and Profurl. We can diagnose issues, replace bearings and foils, and advise on upgrades if your system is beyond economical repair.
