Nylunds Boathouse continues its strong growth journey and we are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven, and technically skilled sales professional to join our team. Are you experienced with boats, enjoy working in a customer-focused role, and value high-quality work? Then you might be the perfect fit for us. ABOUT NYLUNDS BOATHOUSE Nylunds Boathouse is a family-owned company that has been serving boat owners since 2016. Our headquarters is located at the Port of Lappvik in Hanko, Finland, and we also operate a sales point at Saltsjö Pir in Stockholm, Sweden. With 15 experts on our team, we offer premium boat sales, brokerage services, maintenance, service, and winter storage for both motorboats and sailboats. Our experienced team has more than 25 years of expertise in the boating industry, and we take pride in delivering personal, professional, and multilingual customer service in Finnish, Swedish, and English. We proudly serve customers from across the globe. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Selling boats • Actively participating in showings, customer meetings, and delivery processes • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and providing first-class service • Working closely with our sales and service teams WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: • Deep technical understanding of boats, engines, systems, and different boat types – and genuine interest in the boating industry • Fluent in Finnish and Swedish, and a good level of English skills. • Proven experience in sales – preferably in the boat, automotive, or other premium segments • Good physical condition and ability to work in a dynamic environment where fast decision-making and occasional physically demanding tasks are part of the job • A team-oriented attitude and the desire to contribute to a positive, professional working atmosphere APPLICATION: Send your application and CV to: [email protected] Application deadline: 30 December 2025.
