Terms of Use

1. Content and ownership

The content on this website is either owned by Nylunds Boathouse Ab or Nylunds Boatservice Ab, or is used under licence from third parties, including boat manufacturers, selling owners, and dealer data providers. We assert rights only to the extent we hold them. Where content is licensed from a third party, that third party remains the rightsholder and their rights are reserved to them.

Content in which we assert rights includes:

• Listing descriptions and other editorial text written by us
• Photography and video produced by or commissioned by us, including as photographic works and as photographs protected by neighbouring rights
• Translations of listing content into the languages offered on this site
• The compilation, selection, arrangement and presentation of our inventory as a database and catalogue
• The Nylunds Boathouse name, logo and brand identity

We do not claim rights in individual factual specifications — such as length, beam, year, engine make or displacement — considered as facts in themselves.

2. What you may do

You may view, browse, and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with buying, selling, or servicing a boat. You may link to any page on this site. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the source page.

3. Search engines and AI answer engines

We want this site to be found. We expressly permit crawling and indexing of this site by search engines and by AI assistants, answer engines, and retrieval systems, for the purpose of returning results or generating answers that direct users to this website, including display of our images as thumbnails or previews in search results, subject to the crawl directives published at /robots.txt.

This permission is limited to operators whose crawlers can be verified as belonging to them, for example by published IP ranges or reverse DNS. Adopting the user agent string of a permitted crawler without being that operator is not covered by this permission. This permission does not extend to reproducing our listings in substitution for this website, or to the uses reserved in sections 4 and 5.

4. Scraping and republication

Except as permitted in sections 2 and 3, you may not:

• Use automated means to extract, copy, or harvest listing content, images, or data from this site or any feed or interface serving it
• Extract or re-utilise a substantial part of our inventory database, or repeatedly extract or re-utilise insubstantial parts in a way that conflicts with our normal exploitation of it
• Republish, syndicate, mirror, or make available our listing descriptions or photography on another website, application, or service
• Reproduce our images on your own infrastructure, or embed or frame them in a way that presents them as part of another service

Our database rights, including catalogue protection, and our rights in our photographs are asserted alongside copyright and are reserved.

5. Text and data mining reservation

Nylunds Boathouse Ab and Nylunds Boatservice Ab expressly reserve the right of text and data mining in all content on this website, pursuant to Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the national provisions implementing it in Finland and Sweden. This reservation applies to all content on this domain and covers, without limitation, the collection, extraction, or use of that content for the training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or grounding of machine learning or generative AI models.

This reservation is expressed in machine-readable form through:

• /.well-known/tdmrep.json, in accordance with the W3C TDM Reservation Protocol
• The TDM-Reservation and TDM-Policy HTTP response headers
• The tdm-reservation and tdm-policy meta elements in the HTML head
• The crawl directives published at /robots.txt

This reservation does not apply, and is not intended to apply, to text and data mining carried out for the purposes of scientific research by research organisations or cultural heritage institutions under Article 3 of Directive (EU) 2019/790. It also does not restrict the indexing and retrieval permitted in section 3.

6. Licensing and syndication

We license our listing content and photography where it makes commercial sense, including to partners, brokers, and marketplaces. If you would like to use our content, ask us rather than take it. Write to info@nylundsboathouse.com with the content and the intended use, and we will respond.

7. Governing law and language

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from use of this website are governed by Finnish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer is resident. The English version of these terms is the authoritative version. Translations are provided for convenience, and in the event of any conflict the English version governs.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last changed.
